Early Morning Program (EMP)
The goal of the Early Morning Program (EMP) is to provide quality care to children of working parents in kindergarten through grade five. Parents may bring their children to their schools as early as 7 a.m. At the site children will have the opportunity to choose from a variety of activities such as board games, arts and crafts, rest and reading. Only children registered and paid for may attend the program. In order to ensure each child’s safety and to allow for an orderly functioning of the program, children must be escorted and signed in by an adult. Exceptions cannot be made.
After School Kids (ASK)
After School Kids (ASK) focuses on providing a safe, affordable and nurturing environment for children of working parents/guardians in East Brunswick.
Program Includes:
- Homework time supervised by an ASK staff member or certificated teacher, if available.
- A nutritious snack and beverage served daily.
- Variety of activities that develop academic, social, physical, and emotional skills.
- Both structured and unstructured indoor/outdoor.
